Titanium Handle CNC Machining
All titanium handles are milled in our CNC workshop. We carve hollow cutouts, anti-slip texture, pocket clip mounting slots and pivot holes in one continuous production line. Sand blast or PVD coating is finished on-site to deliver lightweight, corrosion-resistant grip.

Blade Grinding & Surface Finishing
We perform double-sided precision grinding to form the sharp cutting edge. Then we apply surface treatments: satin finish, PVD coating or stonewash, all processed inside our polishing workshop. Every blade edge is hand-inspected to guarantee smooth, long-lasting sharpness.

Water-Cooled Blade Sharpening
every blade goes through our in-house precision wet grinding process. We use water-cooled grinding equipment to shape the final edge bevel with constant water cooling, which prevents the thin cutting edge from overheating and losing its tempered hardness — a common flaw with dry grinding at third-party workshops.
